Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our services, publisher relationships, payments, and compliance.

We are a performance media agency. We manage advertising campaigns using our own agency accounts and share revenue with publishers based on actual campaign performance.

No. All advertising accounts are owned, operated, and managed exclusively by LumoVibe. Publishers never have access to or control over any ad accounts.

When publishers prepay for our services, this is recognized as a service credit — a non-refundable, non-transferable prepayment for advertising media services. It is not a deposit, investment, or stored value instrument.

No. Publisher prepayments are payments for advertising services. Revenue share is based on actual campaign performance and is never guaranteed. Past performance does not predict future results.

Revenue is earned from ad monetization partners. After deducting IVT adjustments, clawbacks, campaign costs, and service fees, net revenue is shared with publishers per their agreement.

Publishers receive their revenue share only after LumoVibe has received the corresponding funds from monetization partners. We do not pay from prepayments or reserves.

No. Prepayments are immediately applied as service revenue. Revenue share payments are made from actual earnings received from monetization partners. LumoVibe is not a custodian, escrow agent, or payment processor.

No. LumoVibe is a media services company. We earn revenue from advertising and share profits with publishers. We do not transmit, hold, or process funds on behalf of others.
